Nosirrah: I have some familiarity with your Philco (actually made in 1936 according to Rider). I would love to restore this one; it's a premium set as it is three-band and has push-pull output, along with other bells and whistles. Seems that in restored condition it could be worth far more than $80. Have fun with it.
