My guess is that the bumble bee started to go bad and they tacked the orange drop on to compensate. I'd replace them both with a single 0.2/600V film cap.
The coral colored one above them is a replacement also. I'm not familiar with that type, it's probably o.k. to leave alone. Perhaps someone else could chime in an opinion.
