your chroma circuits are way off. That picture of the range of the tint proves it. Never should you have blue flesh tones on one end of the control. I've seen this alot on zeniths. Tint range should go from a green to purple to know if its working right. If it goes from blue to purple then something is wrong. The burst amp plate coil needs to be adjusted for proper tones. You can do it by the book which requires a scope, or you can set the tint control mid range and adjust the burst amp plate coil for proper flesh tone. After you adjust that, check the tint to see if it goes purple to green. On Zeniths with the sheet beam demodulators, adjusting the tint control seems to make very subtle changes to the color, not like an RCA where you can see a dramatic difference from saturated purple to a saturated green when turning the control back and fourth. That being said, tend to like RCA's chroma circuits better.

How do yellow objects look? Do they seem greenish or brown? If so the injection coil is out of alignment or even at fault. Those coils are hard to adjust though as the slugs are normally siezed or the coil tube is brittle and easily breaks when one attempts to adjust it.

As for the broken cloverleaf: I think by '64 zenith started using the good TRW convergence clovers. Both of the sets I have have broken clovers. I drilled two holes one on each end of the break and used a spring with moderate tension to pull the clover together. The magnets were not separated by 120 degrees, I could line up any two of the three magnets over the guns and the other one would be in error by a degree or two. I simply rotated the clover to split the difference. It worked quite well and was still able to set convergence and maintain a good picture.
