Last I checked, they still have them available new... Check with your nearest B&K Dynascan distributor. I don't know any in Northern CA, but there's Sandy's Electronics in Reno, which is or recently has been a B & K distributor.
If not, it's not a big deal to make one, but it would waste another good B&K socket. For the duodecal CRT socket, just use one from a brightener if you don't have an extra. I have a socket 10 for mine, and can make a pinout diagram if you need.
