Sure enough. That one's missing the stretcher bar across the bottom. It's hard to see because of photo glare, but mine also has a slide-out panel covering the lower row of controls. A brass plate in the middle says Westinghouse. Apparently, the panel had two knobs or buttons with shafts that slid into holes in the cabinet body. If you look closely at the photo of the other cabinet, you can just see those two little holes.
