played with the AGC setting (has a pot) did not seem to have any effect. I did check all the caps and resistors in the AGC circuit (I was having agc issues before, turned out to be a bad cap).
it has those integrated networks for both the vert and horz sync circuits.
I have played with the idea of making new ones from discreet parts just for the heck of it.
Before I do all that I will try a different AGC tube.
