I have been having difficulty getting a decent photo of one of my favorite tubes in my collection, the 2F21 Monoscope, used in early TV broadcasting to generate the "Indian Head" test pattern. This is about the best that I have achieved. Note that some paint was removed from the outside of the tube so that the pattern can be seen, normally the entire front of the tube would be painted black.
