Wonderful photo. I'm guessing the photographer told him to pile things up at random until he "looked busy." Be glad they didn't make him hold a soldering iron in his mouth.
When I gave Weekly World News permission to use a photo from my website (I am not making this up), they Photoshopped a TV from another photo onto my workbench. I guess it's called creative license
