No Eric. Just one flyback. The flyback has two windings. The lower coil you see is the primary, and the upper "donut" winding is the secondary high voltage winding. I like the design and having the primary seperate from the secondary, allows the windings to opperate much cooler because the air circulates nicely around both coils. It barely gets above body temperature after several hours of operation.

EDIT: I took another look at the side view photo of the 6BK4 modification, and I thiink you are looking at the convergence pot at the rear of the chassis, and in the photo it sort of looks like there is another flyback at the rear of the chassis.
