The center burn makes it appear to be a radar CRT since tubes seeing service in PPI scopes often had burns at the origin of the scan. At least three possibilities exist for
7" round, 70-degree, 9-pin, aluminized tubes. First the 7AQP-. While I don't have a Sylvania data sheet for it, it was MIL-spec'd and Sylvania was known for second-sourcing I&M CRTs. The second one is the very similar 7AUP- made by Sylvania. Third, Sylvania made many custom CRTs, some of which were minor variations of existing EIA registered devices. I feel the 7AUP- is the most likely of the options.
