That's a very attractive cabinet and not a common set at all. Not many Bendix TV sets anyway, and I think this is fairly late for them. (not sure when they got out of the business)
My grandfather had a good year farming around 52 or 53 and so one day, while the kids were in school, he drove into town and shopped TV sets. The dealer carried Motorola and Bendix and he said the Moto was clearly a much better set so that is what he bought. And that is all I have to say about that
