The teeth on the drum are barely contacting the black gear indicating something has moved, causing the slippage. What holds the black gear in place (As I recall a snap ring)? What I would do is to disassemble the contraption and add a washer to the end opposite the teeth (on the black gear). That move the black gear into the drum and should fix the problem. That is assuming there are no dark discolored brittle teeth on the drum. Good luck. Phil
