My wife went and picked the TV up for me cus it was only 5 or so miles down the road from where she works. The guy had agreed to my $10 offer. Anyhow...it turns out she felt sorry for the guy and gave him a $5 tip.
Silly girls. So now I'm into this TV for 50% over budget.
The insides look pretty clean. The Philco 21WP4 tests strong.
I seriously don't need this one, so if someone is within driving distance you're more than welcome to it. I pretty much had to take it or it was going to get chopped up.
