There was also a (private party/garage factory) who was putting new Korean boards from 12" cheapie B&W sets from the 2000s, into Predictas, and driving the original CRT. I'd be curious how they made that work with the yoke, as the last 12" B&W sets had skinny necks, and no way would the yoke fit the 17DRP4. And I don't think you could make a tube-type yoke work with a solid state board. I saw at least a half dozen of them, so it wasn't a one-off idea. They were decent jobs, with the tuner adapted to the Predicta knobs, and also the coaxial ON-VOL, and Contrast pots were retrofitted. Nice job actually.
