Here's what I used to display my PC on an old Commodore monitor:
Works great - just make sure the set you are using is not a hot chassis set. Magic smoke might appear and make the dark absorbers go to work....
The resistors I used are 56 ohms, dunno what the original poster was trying to achieve. My value is just what I had and tried first.
