Got tired of waiting for this gentleman to post the additional pictures so I went down to San Clamente and took a look at the PB door. It was the exact right one for my 12x11! the knobs had been glued onto the bezel but they popped of easily and the rest came off by removing the small screws. No loss to the original set since the chassis and picture tube had already been thrown away by the owner. The piece is not cracked anywhere but has a little glue goop on it... not sure how to remove that without scratching it.
