I don't have a CRT tester, and frankly, I'd be afraid to use one for fear of wrecking the picture tube. The filament still has continuity though (thanks to Mr. Nelson for teaching me that little trick), so I assume that the tube should probably still hold vacuum. Thanks you all for the input!
