I recently restored a combo Magnavox similar in some respects to this. I documented it here before returning it to its owner:

CRT mask looks very similar. Control panel similar, but not 100% the same.
If you try to look up this model anywhere, you will not find it. I got the impression that it was some kind of custom order. Perhaps they had a bunch of different cabinet styles that a dealer could install this TV in.
One thing about the model I restored is that the chassis could not be removed from the cabinet without removing the CRT from the chassis first. Quite annoying!
