Two things that will help you "translate" your list your self. 1. that the replacements can be rated for a higher voltage than the originals and. 2. that if you wire two caps in paralel their MFD capacitance values will be added to gether (this helps when there are not any available values that are close enough to work), and if you cant find values that add up to the desired value then look for two that are double the proper value and wire them in series to get the proper value.

I learned these tricks from an ARRL hand book which had some very useful formulas in it , and they work well when one can't get the right values of caps (or when one can't afford the right values and has TONS of the wrong values lying about unused).
