I think your set does have it's static convergence magnets. I believe that those white bars that are on the convergence yoke are the static magnets. You can confirm this by trying to slide one towards or away form the CRT and watching for a change in the convergence.
There were many different styles of static convergence magnets and adjustments for them so it can take a bit of imiagination/playing around to recognise them and how learn to adjust them proprely.
