They didn't have price tags on them because they didn't think anyone would want them! I bet you could have both Zeniths for $20

Oh I probably am, but keep in mind they're fairly common around here and the price was too good to pass on.

Yeah, pretty much the whole city is brick. I think it was required by code for years after the big fire.
If I had the money, I'd love to buy this little factory right next to my local Home Depot. I figure it would make an awesome store/workshop/museum.
It's currently broken up into four units all available to lease. I'll get in there one of these days and take more pictures.
