Wow, very nice!
I'd imagine flys for the prototype are super-unobtainium so I dare you to make sure (double or triple check) all is right with the horizontal before puting in the output tube and meter the cathode current on the first power up. With how unique this set is it would be somewhat tragic to get over zealous and cook the fly.
It is exciting to see progress on the electronics.
