I agree. Charles you worked your ass off, so you should brag! Furthermore as you mentioned its probably your overall health thats keeping your heart problem from being an even bigger issue....so thats something to be proud of too!
Glad you are being proactive and keeping an eye on yourself. I wish i was as good about my health as you. lots of people say they are....few really are.
