Dunno, I probably mentioned I was on the coast in one of my posts and you automatically equated it with BC?
I heard back from the seller - it is unrestored, and of course, "worked when last used"... bought about 5 years ago from an antique store.
I did specifically ask them not to plug it in and find out if it still does.
What would be a reasonable offer to make, given this info?
