Costco does reasonable film transfers. I had a reel of 16mm 400' like the mag sound one done a few years ago. I forget the final price (under $50) and the quality was more than reasonable. No idea if they will do mag sound or not. I have spent years looking for a decent 16mm mag projector, and those that are available are in the hands of collectors that want a mint for them. All the rest are beat up Bell and Howells. I have one such B&H, and it lets you switch between mag and optical, but it is a dog.
edit: I just realized that the Pathe' box is actually a reference to the Baby projector, which was for 9.5mm film. If the 16mm reel in the box seems to be too big width-wise for the box, that is why. 9.5mm film is an oddball format that was popular mostly in Europe in the 30s and 40s. The image is the same size as a 16mm film frame (the image on 16mm film is about 10mm wide, the other 6mm is used for sprockets and soundtracks) and the sprocket holes are BETWEEN the frames! You would think that a misguided projector would have a tendency to miss the sprocket holes and punch a hole clean into the middle of the film frame, but I have been told that those Pathe' machines were very well built to make sure such an occurrence would be nearly impossible.
