The T-3 sold for 27,500 British pounds including commissions. $44,401 USD. It is one of the earliest via the 7 knobs on the front. I believe the center 7th knob is the Baird/EMI standards switch. That did not last long and the center knob vanished soon as the EMI standard won the race. My set is the 6 knob version and the cabinet is not as functional without the large doors below. Just the smaller doors.
A HMV 900 sold for 6250 pounds/$10,091 and a Marconiphone 703 sold for 6875 pounds/$11,100.
