That Buzzing is normal on older sets. Generally when there is digitized lettering like during commercials or certain DVD's. . Nothing to worry about. My maggie color roundie even does it when the converter box in in mute mode. Just the nature of the beasts. Some sets do better than others. My CTC-16 barely does it at all. There are no parts you can change to fix this. Enjoy the set!
