My CTC-15 had a C-M tube. It worked when I found it back in the early 90s but had cataracts and a vertical issue, both way beyond me at the time. It sat unused until I joined VK and learned how to fix cataracts. Before tackling it I checked the crt and found that, while in storage, it had gone to air. No physical signs, nothing looked broken, but the filaments barely glowed and all 3 burnt out while I watched.
