There was a good deal of monochrome programing in Chicago in the 90's when I was growing up and it always seemed normal to me....All it meant was that the program was an old show that was good enough to retain a following. I don't watch much old stuff anymore as I'm into Anime now, and usually too busy to watch anything else that I'd want to watch if I had the time.
