Westinghouse H-618T16, 1950 set

Just got this 1950 Westinghouse from a guy at work for $40. He bought it off the son of the original owner, who died some time ago. Don't know anything about its last functional use. Googling finds that the Sams Photofact for it came out in 8-50. I've only done two console radios, a couple of tabletops, & a 1965 RCA console TV-never tried to restore a TV this old. AND-I have no CRT tester. I guess the plus is that it uses an all glass CRT, but then if it has low emission or is a leaker I'll just have a prop on my hands. I suppose I'll have to keep Phil Nelson's website at the top of my "favorites" list This came with a matching base with a grille that looks like there's a speaker behind it-but there isn't. I'll post pics of that later, as for now it sits in the garage while I'm on a family trip back east. I told my brother(house sitting for me) to be careful if he decides to clean up the garage! Any pointers would certainly be welcome.
