Welcome to VK, Jeanna! The plate is likely going to be much tougher than the knobs; we will likely need to get a photo of what they should look like. Somebody should have the same or similiar model. It is in the Sams Photofact number 118-11 from the end of 1950. Stay tuned, it might just take some time.
