Well the CRT looks more squared off to me, perhaps it's just the angle, if they are both 1954 I can't imagine it being more square, it could be one of the Cylindrical tubes though like the 21ZP4 (I think that's one of them).
$275 is highway robbery for that set but I can understand paying it in your case, I paid more than that to have my "Family set" shipped across county White Glove style.
