should be nice, easy to work on, vert chassis. don't worry if the fly looks bad, they all do. CRT may test weak but if it does it may still produce a good. Issues tend to be the vert height and vert lin pots. uses a doubler for B+ frequently the big doubler caps will be shorted or open. Has plug in top hat diodes in the doubler circuit. Has a "magic eye" which dims the pic in bright lights. this may fool you if you are looking at it in a dark room as the raster will be dim as well.

I would start by checking or just replacing the doubler caps, one will be easy (the cardboard covered single section) the other doubler cap is part of a 3 or 4 section can that is grounded to the chassis.

I had a persistent hula (very slow wave that moves vertically) too slow for a hum bar. I turned out to be a poor ground connection at the sweep board. The vert chassis relies on compression of the PCB using screws for the ground to the chassis. just clean under and tighten them up if you see this happen.
