Thank you for the link DavGoodlin, I followed the link on the fluid and did as the instructions said to with looking down the lenses while the TV was on. Here was one problem with the fuzzy picture.

Picture is not bad at all anymore. I did not know that you could remove the Magnifier Lenses, learn something new everyday.
I still plan on doing a coolant fluid change as the blue and green aren't as sharp as the red.
