Ditto, my local habitat REstore started accepting furniture, all tvs and appliances. They seem to be moving the stuff through, too.
I put up a "wanted" poster there and get a call anytime something with tubes shows up.
I got a sweet 1987 Zenith 20" w/feed-through AV in/outs for 10 clams. They have a 1965 RCA solid state console HiFi not-so-pretty though (early american w/legs) for $25. It will be interesting to see if that sells.
Got a color 9" Philips-Maganvox made in 2001 at the SA thrift store for $8, missing cord and remote. I just couldn't let it sit there.
