I had one of those in the mid-70's. I had it stored in a place that was destroyed in a fire and it was lost.
IIRC, the CRT was weak anyway.
I heard Conrac used that CRT in their studio monitors. There was rebuilder in Milwaukee that would re-gun those tubes. They were getting those tubes from all over the country, for rebuilding.
