That was probably the TOTL 21" model that year.
I see it uses the 6V6GT audio output tube. That model doesn't use the audio output as a voltage devider.
I also see that the CRT was replaced with a Sylvania. A better chance of it being good. The plastic crumbs are probably from the yoke.
