Nevermind, I'm just being dense
I had to remove a few more screws to disconnect the back from the PCBs and it came right off.
Yes, the fuse is blown but not blackened. It appears to be a odd value of 6.3A. I'll hunt around for something similar.
No signs of bulging caps or any fried components.
