That's a radio frequency amplifier/ transmitter for use by ham radio operators in the shortwave radio bands. It doesn't receive radio signals (in the usual sense, at least, it expects to be driven by a low power transciever (2 way ham radio set)). And does not do audio. Many ham radio people will be interested in buying it. It's not for use by CBers however.
