Am I right in my understanding that part of what makes this particular model interesting is that when it was new in 1965, it may have been unique in being able to be used with either a 120v AC power supply in a stationary rig, or a 12v DC power supply in a mobile rig?

I generally dislike people who sell gear as "not tested, as is," but without either outboard power supply and its oddball (to me) 12 prong power connector, looks like I may have no option but to join the "not tested, as is" crowd -- Foe
