IIRC, Admiral built the H12 chassis, for about three model years.
The set uses shunt regulation, instead of pulse or feedback regulation. You'd have to look at the PCB to determine if changes refer to the horizontal sweep circuits. Admiral, like Motorola always had pages of production changes, for certain models.
