I'll be heading out this Thursday to get it - for $20 It's no big loss if the tube is shot, it still makes a nice display piece and worst case I'll do something "reversible" with it or find another home... but that's for later, too many what-ifs right now.
Will post pictures in a new thread once I get it, keep your eyes peeled for the restoration!
It's gonna be interesting as I'll be armed with a DMM, a variac, and very little else, though I can source a scope for alignment.
