The power switch looks like the ones I used. It can be reattached. I used to spot-solder them, so that wouldn't happen.
RCA built that same chassis for a few years, with a few variations. The earlier models had a different power transformer and 5U4 rectifier. The last models used all novar tubes, instead of some octals.
Yours is probably the next to the last model.
