A little hard to make that one out.
If it's Brown, Black, Yellow it would be .1, the Blue stripe at the end would make it 600 volts.
The last stripe is the voltage and it's the same color code, Brown=100v, red=200v, yellow=400v, Blue=600v.
Not sure what that 4th band is, possibly tolerance?
