I vote with username1. That can be a crap load of caps especially
in a set like this Panny. The biggest thing is the risk of inducing a
new problem & thats the hardest thing to find. Some common cap
problems like the 2 tantalums in a Toshiba or the 200V filter that goes in
everything are one thing. But all of them ?

Best to spend time checking it over for cold joints, you will find
them in almost any old TV. Just do a visual on the caps in the
PS, hoz, vert & scan supplies. If you see a top lifting & puss coming
out change it !
