Actually, I think the CRT is the original DuMont 17AP4. The missing piece of the base that I recovered has "DuMont" printed on it.
I haven't had time to do anything with the set yet. I'm going to try the route of stabilizing the cracked base with some sort of glue or instead of trying to replace it. I just need to be careful that whatever I do doesn't make it difficult (or impossible) to remove the yoke and focus coil.
