I can't tell what brand it is; but, it's likely a store brand and it looks to have a BSR record changer. Looking at the picture, the cabinet looks pretty ragged to me and parts of the cabinet look to be warped.

If that thing was sitting in my garage, I'd pay $15 (or more) for someone to come and haul it off.
