This x1000. Not only is the chloramine toxic, the chlorine gas itself is hazardous, and it doesn't take much to do damage. If you breathe it in/get it in your eyes it will react with the moisture in your cells and form acids. IIRC about 30 ppm is enough to do lasting damage.
