The mirror in the lid might b cheaper to simply replace. There are places on the web which will sell you a front surface mirror cut to order for reasonable money.
My set has the same tuning knob, but the channel numbers (2-13) are decals on the wood panel. Not sure of the tuner configuration, its been a while since I was inside it, and as I acquired it already restored, never became that familiar with its inner details. It does have a sweep protection chassis.
