The last one I tore apart had a mirror that had to be at least 20 by 24 inches. This was from a large fixed-front projector set found on the curb, predating the DLP sets. They still commonly show up for free on Craigslist, or on the curb on days designated for large refuse items. Mine is probably in one of the storage bins now, I used to mount it outside by the bird feeder just to see what reactions I'd get from all the little critters. Here's a picture of a similar one found online.
